90% of the staff were oblivious to customer service
Island view = Very busy road starting at 5.30AM.
Food with flies everywhere, very bad food!
Lift broke down 6 days out of 7 (old people and buggies up to 3rd floor on stairs)
Rooms are all tatty and dirty and very old!
    Aircon was like a Thunderstorm!
My wife was vomiting after first breakfast due to poorly refrigerated food and very poor hygiene.
Guests expected to pay for bottled water – this is not all inclusive – and no ice cream available for children, unheard of in an all inclusive resort.
Booked with Virgin Holidays – very bad move (don't book with Virgin Holidays – They are Nasty!!!)
NO WiFi in the room – appalling
News paper photocopied – how cheep!
Extreme condensation and dampness in the gents toilet – just waiting for the ceiling to drop at any moment!
One must have a permit to park outside the hotel, but you can always risk parking across the road and being mowed down by a reggae bus.
Lounge and library about as big as my broom cupboard.
No net curtains. Bedrooms suitable for exhibitionists as you are in full view of the road.
I asked to see the hygiene certificate and they refused.
This hotel is in dire need of an inspection!

    Stayed November 2015
